Microwave: Condensed Milk Caramel Pudding
For caramel: 4 tbsp Brown Sugar and 1 tbsp Water
For pudding: 3 large eggs, 1 full Condensed Milk, 1 cup milk(luke warm) and Vanilla Essene.
For the microwave - Pre Heat in the convection mode for 10-15 minutes.
Caramel Making Process :
Put the sugar and water in a pan and cook uncovered at high 2 minutes. Stir well then cook, uncovered, for a further 3-4 minutes or until the mixture is a dark brown. Keep aside.
Pudding Time:
Beat the Eggs, add Vanilla Essene. Now mix the Condensed Milk and milk.
Pour the entire mixture into the caramelized dish
Now put the dish into the oven (low rack) and set the time for 45 mins in 180 degrees. (Check in between with a knife, if it is dried while taking out the pudding is ready)
Final Work:
Now cool down the pudding and flip on a plate and enjoy!!
