Microwave: Condensed Milk Caramel Pudding
Ingredients:
For caramel: 4 tbsp Brown Sugar and 1 tbsp Water
For pudding: 3 large eggs, 1 full Condensed Milk, 1 cup milk(luke warm) and Vanilla Essene.
For the microwave - Pre Heat in the convection mode for 10-15 minutes.
Caramel Making Process :
Put the sugar and water in a pan and cook uncovered at high 2 minutes. Stir well then cook, uncovered, for a further 3-4 minutes or until the mixture is a dark brown. Keep aside.
Pudding Time:
- Beat the Eggs, add Vanilla Essene. Now mix the Condensed Milk and milk.
- Pour the entire mixture into the caramelized dish
- Now put the dish into the oven (low rack) and set the time for 45 mins in 180 degrees. (Check in between with a knife, if it is dried while taking out the pudding is ready)
Final Work:
Now cool down the pudding and flip on a plate just like in my video and enjoy!!
